As a key subcontractor for the Repair Taxiway to Pad 5 Facility project at Kirtland Air Force Base, Southwest Concrete Paving (SWCP) skillfully replaced a heavy-duty taxiway and asphalt shoulders serving as the sole feeder route to Hot Cargo Pad #5 for loading live munitions.
Special Operations Facility (SOF) Hangar
The Special Operations Facility (SOF) Hangar project at Laguna Army Airfield expanded facilities with a new hangar for fixed-wing aircraft, a flight detachment admin building, access taxiways, and drainage features. It also followed cybersecurity regulations for managing project documents.

Southwest Concrete Paving (SWCP) was a key subcontractor for the P-284 F-35C Maintenance Hangar project at NAS Lemoore, which included a 110,793 SF hangar, 900,800 SF of airfield pavement, 28 F-35 parking shade structures, and a stormwater retention system.
Repair Mass Parking Apron - Section 2
Southwest Concrete Paving (SWCP) was the Prime Contractor for the Minot AFB parking apron repair, replacing concrete pavement, asphalt shoulders, and underground utilities. The project required coordination with airfield operations and included contaminated soil removal and other tasks.
NAVFAC Miramar F-35 Hangar – P-198 & P-203
Southwest Concrete Paving (SWCP) was a key subcontractor for the Miramar P-198 F-35 Hangar and P-203 apron expansion project. It involved replacing heavy-duty pavement, installing wash racks, shade structures, electrical conduits, ground rods, pavement markings, and other utilities.
